About Cara
Cara Gallagher is a Byron Bay Marriage Celebrant.
Hello, let me tell you a little about myself so you can work out if I am the right marriage celebrant for you.
I grew up on the Mid North Coast of NSW and after spending a decade in between Brisbane and Sydney doing voice overs and acting work, I am now based in Mullumbimby.
As a Byron Bay marriage celebrant, I perform most of my ceremonies in the Byron Shire, however further afield is possible as well, let's talk.
Fees vary depending on the level of tailoring your ceremony requires.
Elopements and legals only ceremonies are only available off peak.
You can email me here for a quote, just complete the details below and I will let you know if I’m available for your big day.
(More info below contact form).
Now let me give you a little bit more info about me.
My background in theatre and public speaking has helped me develop the vocal training and stage presence needed to deliver your perfect wedding ceremony, and has also given me a diverse look and understanding of life and love.
Speaking of love, in 2009, I married a fantastic man and we now have three little kiddies.
I found the search for a celebrant for our wedding a little daunting, so I asked a friend to become a celebrant to perform our ceremony, and through that process, I decided to become a celebrant as well.
All couples are different, there isn't one ceremony template that is going to suit everyone.
By getting to know both you and your partner, I take pride in tailoring ceremonies to your needs and requirements - no matter how big or small. I’m friendly and welcoming, and I LOVE stories, so I'm interested in hearing about your life as a couple, the reasons why you love each other, and I'll help you bring your love story to life in your ceremony.
I will prepare and deliver a special and unique ceremony that not only both of you will love, but that all your guests will remember forever.
I still work as a voice over artist under my maiden name; Queenslanders will recognise me as the voice of RACQ and if you are keen to hear some of my voice over work, you can find that here
